1. All orders accepted by us are subject to these terms and conditions of sale.
  2. All descriptions and illustrations contained in this website are to enable the customer to have a general idea of the products. Specifications may vary slightly.
  3. Colours seen on the website will be dependant on your monitor, settings and viewing conditions, and may differ from the printed products, where colour gamut and surface texture have their own characteristics. Prints are made from colour-calibrated machines to the satisfaction of the artist.
  4. To enable us to dispatch goods to you promptly please use the website ordering process.
  5. Payment is via PayPal, where you will be able to pay by credit or debit card if you don’t have a PayPal account.
  6. Dispatch of goods will be via Royal Mail and courier. Packaging and delivery costs are added at checkout and are order weight dependant. All items sent via courier will require a signature on delivery.
  7. Prices include VAT where appropriate, but the customer is responsible for all international customs and duty fees. These are in addition to, not included in, the cost of shipping, and are incurred at the time of delivery. We are not able to calculate how much these fees might be, should they occur.
  8. Any claims for shortages or damaged goods must be made in writing within two days of delivery. We cannot entertain any claim made thereafter. Claims will only be considered after the faulty goods have been returned with the nature of the defect clearly stated and any such goods must be returned in their entirety (including packaging and accessories) otherwise the claim will not be considered.
  9. Packages that take longer than usual to arrive are typically delayed rather than lost. A package will be considered lost if you haven’t received it 4 weeks after dispatch for UK, 5 weeks for Europe and 6 weeks for rest of the world. We will then investigate and replace.
